A local cover band who played at an RSL which became the heart of a COVID cluster has responded to its critics.
Northern Beaches-based Nothing Too Serious was inadvertently identified by Health Minister Brad Hazzard when its drummer caught coronavirus.
The musicians played at the Avalon RSL on December 11.
Days later, the venue was named as a potential hotspot by NSW Health amid a rapidly-growing coroanvirus cluster, which now numbers 129 cases.
