It has other names too, including the Full Cold Moon or the Full Long Night’s Moon

Look up tonight and you’ll be able to see the 13th full moon of 2020.
The Cold Moon will peak in the early morning of Wednesday, December 30, and is named after the coldest month in which it appears, reports the Express.
It’s the 13th chance to see a full moon this year because the Moon takes 29.5 days to complete an orbit, so sometimes more than one can fit into a month if the timing is right.
So back in October we actually got two full moons.
