Reality bites in $4m stoush over TV mansion
Brisbane-based mortgage broker Platinum Mortgage Management Pty Ltd (Platinum) has filed a claim in the Federal Circuit Court in a bid to bankrupt Italian-born Norma Bianca Maree Needham, 72, who was the owner of the home at Kenthurst, in Sydney’s northwest, until its sale last month.The sprawling seven bedroom home on two hectares was listed online as sold for $7.2 million on November 26, when the house had been valued at $11 million in September, Platinum argues in court documents.
