People in hospital after crash on West Gate Freeway in Melbourne’s Docklands

Three people have been taken to hospital after a multi-vehicle crash on the West Gate Freeway near Melbourne’s CBD.
About six vehicles were believed to be involved in the crash, which happened near the Montague Street off-ramp in Docklands, Victoria Police said.
Ambulance Victoria said paramedics were called to the scene about 10:45am.
It said a woman in her 60s, who was trapped for a time, had been taken to hospital in a stable condition with upper body injuries.
A man in his 20s is also in a stable condition with upper body injuries, and another man is also believed to be stable, Ambulance Victoria said.
