Matildas midfielder Chidiac returning to City after Spain stint – The World Game
Matildas midfielder Alex Chidiac will return to the W-League for former club Melbourne City after three seasons with Atletico Madrid in Spain’s Primera Division….

City announced the signing in a statement on Monday (AEDT), following the recent signings of fellow Matildas Emma Checker and Jenna McCormick, also returning to Australia from overseas competitions.
After playing 10 games during City’s double winning 2015-16 campaign either side of stints with Adelaide United, Chidiac spent three seasons in Madrid, making 22 appearances and netting three goals.
