‘Unimpressed’ Coles shopper shares note from delivery driver – Yahoo News Australia
The customer was frustrated at what the driver’s note said after much of his order failed to arrive.
A shopper in coronavirus isolation has expressed despair after receiving a note from the driver that delivered his Coles groceries.
The driver left a handwritten letter behind explaining that a few of the customers items hadnt been loaded onto their truck before it left the supermarket.
Hi, apologies, a few of your items were not loaded on the truck. Please ring customer care for a full refund or for a re-delivery, the letter, shared to the retailers Facebook page, read.
