COVID warning issued for Central Coast and Upper North Shore after wastewater analysis picks up traces of virus – 7NEWS.com.au
More than 140,000 people are being urged to get tested if symptoms develop after the worrying discovery.

Residents in dozens of suburbs on New South Wales Central Coast and Upper North Shore have been placed on high alert for signs of COVID-19 after wastewater analysis.
NSW Health on Thursday morning said testing of the sewage in the area found fragments of the virus.
The treatment plant in Kincumber serves the Gosford area and traces were found on December 21.
One resident on the Central Coast was diagnosed with the virus on Saturday but NSW Health fears there are undetected infections.
