Police allege neglect as mum charged over baby’s death

Natalie Whitehead 34, was charged with the murder of her nine-month-old son Dexter Wilton, who was located deceased in their Sonter St home at Raceview on June 21, 2019. Detectives allege young Dexter died of neglect, which they say spanned over a “period of days”.
“There have been a number of medical tests and pathology reports, we will be alleging that the cause of death was as a result of neglect,” Queensland Police Service Detective Inspector David Briese said….
