Mother charged with murder of her toddler, who allegedly died of neglect

A mother charged with the murder of her eight-month-old son is accused of neglecting him in the days before paramedics found him dead in the family home west of Brisbane.
Police will allege neglect was the twin baby’s cause of death and have appealed for the partner of the accused woman, who lived in the house at the time, to come forward and speak to detectives.
The baby was found dead on June 21, 2019 at a home in Sonter Street, Raceview. The victim’s twin brother and older sister, who was aged four at the time, have been cared for by someone else since the death.
