Formula One world champion Lewis Hamilton said on Monday he needs to work hard on his fitness after losing four kilograms during his recent COVID-19 infection.
“I’ve lost 6kgs over the past two months, 4 of which I lost when I got Covid. I’ve lost so much muscle,” Hamilton said on Instagram.
“Starting from a low point in strength now, not fun now but I’m determined to get my strength back and be 100 per cent again. No pain, no gain.”
