$2.1b Waterfront Brisbane gains council approval but neighbours not happy
On Friday, the council and Dexus held a press conference to announce the six-month development process had concluded with all approvals granted by the council, under a host of conditions.
But residents in the neighbouring Riparian Plaza tower have warned they will not hesitate to take legal action against what they say is not a correct development application.
Bloomberg Incorporation, owner of the Harry Seidler-designed tower Riparian Plaza at 71 Eagle Street, has repeatedly written to the council objecting the Waterfront Brisbane development.
