SpaceX’s Starship prototype rocket achieved a record-breaking launch height on its test flight on December 9 in the South Texas village of Boca Chica. The SN8 (being the eighth Starship prototype) managed to reach 12.5 kilometers in 6 minutes and 42 seconds before crashing during its landing attempt.
