Consumer watchdog ACCC has announced it is taking activewear label Lorna Jane to court over claims its ‘Anti-Virus Activewear’ clothing line offers protection against COVID-19.

“We are particularly concerned about this because consumers often trust well-known brands and assume that their marketing claims are backed up by solid evidence,” – ACCC Commissioner Sarah Court.
