Cricket officials are scrambling after the Northern Beaches cluster grew again on Sunday.

The third Test of the summer at the SCG is on the brink of being cancelled after Sydneys COVID cluster on the Northern Beaches grew to 68 cases on Sunday.
Cricket Australia is reportedly holding emergency meetings on Sunday to explore the option of playing two Tests this summer in Melbourne, Brisbane or Adelaide.
The SCG was preparing for a full house on January 7 after the NSW Government dropped crowd restrictions in stadiums earlier this month – but that now looks impossible.
