‘It’s unfortunate’: Sixers coach reveals phone call to Simmons after trade rumour – Fox Sports
Philadelphia 76ers coach Doc Rivers has revealed he called Ben Simmons after reports emerged suggesting he had been made available on the trade market.
Simmons had long been linked as part of a possible trade deal with Houston Rockets star James Harden, who has been agitating for an exit over the off-season.
However, up until Friday there had been no real concrete developments.
