If you made it to the end of this sentence — congratulations, you may officially be in recovery. (Not that our state-by-state outbreaks are in recovery — but let’s not talk about that right now: let’s have a week off.)
Instead, I’m delighted to wrap up for you some of our best summer reads this year — some longer, some shorter depending on your end-of-year attention levels — and they traverse all the good, bad and COVID-ugly terrain of the road trip from hell that has been 2020.
