Drenched: Gold Coast under water after major storms
The Gold Coast City Council activated its emergency assembly area at the Reedy Creek Waste and Recycling Centre on Hutchinson St at Reedy Creek and is also handing out sandbags.An emergency alert issued for properties in Tallebudgera and Currumbin was cancelled at 5.30pm.
