Google has bought out Neverware, the creators of CloudReady OS, a freemium offering that can turn old PC and Mac hardware into Chromebooks

Google has announced the purchase of Neverware, a software company which allows users to turn old PCs and Macs into Chromebooks. The company, which had already received significant Series B funding from Google, will join the Chrome OS team to make the companys Cloud Ready OS an official Google product.
