Bull-riding cop Bede Little named 2020 RFDS Queensland Hero

The Royal Flying Doctor Service today named Senior Constable Bede Little as its 2020 Queensland Hero.

- Eight other people and organisations from around Queensland were announced as ‘Local Heroes’ last month
Community members have voted for Senior Constable Little to be the Queensland hero from a list of regional ‘Local Heroes’, which represent each RFDS base across the state.
Senior Constable Little, who is now based in Longreach, was nominated for his work while stationed in neighbouring Ilfracombe because of the impact he had on the small central western community.
