Its a photo that shows the very real distress of a person struggling to breathe with COVID-19.
Michael Wright, an army veteran, was photographed in November in the intensive care unit of the Regions Hospital in St Paul, Minnesota.
He had been placed in the prone position on a hospital trolley in an attempt to help ease his breathing.
The photograph, first published in the Star Tribune on November 22, quickly went viral, giving a face and a sense of reality to a virus that many people still struggle…
