A 31-year-old man has died, and a police dog and senior constable are injured, after a police incident in Toowoomba.

Queensland’s Crime and Corruption Commission will oversee a police investigation into a death in custody in Toowoomba in Southern Queensland last night.
Police say they attended a house at Warana Avenue in Mount Lofty after reports of a break and enter.
