Nurse never got to hold newborn after delivering in ICU then dying of COVID – 9Honey

A nurse who delivered her seventh child in an Ohio, USA, intensive care unit has died before she ever got the chance to hold her newborn.
Tawauna Averette, 42, worked as a cardiac nurse at a local hospital and died this week from COVID-19 complications.

She fell ill in October, around the same time as several of her colleagues, and tested positive for the virus later that month.
Tawauna Averette died soon after welcoming her daughter….
