‘I didn’t feel a thing’ – these are the words from a Harborne woman who received the first coronavirus vaccine in Birmingham.
Shirley Lihou admitted she was a bit apprehensive before the injection but said ‘she did not feel a thing’.
The 85-year-old had the jab with her husband, David, as the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccination programme kicked off at University Hospitals Birmingham on Saturday, December 12.
