Olivia Cooke (“Bates Motel,” “Ready Player One”), Emma D’Arcy (“Wanderlust,” “Truth Seekers”) and Matt Smith (“Doctor Who,” “The Crown”) have all joined the cast of the “Game of Thrones” prequel series “House of the Dragon” at HBO.
