Tuesday (December 8) marked a momentous day in the country’s fight against coronavirus.
Less than a week after coming out of a second national lockdown, the first Covid vaccination was approved for use in the UK.
The Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine is the first to have been given the green light from regulators – with 800,000 doses already ready to go to the most vulnerable and high-risk groups.
