Police are seeking community assistance to help locate a 16-year-old girl missing since Tuesday, December 1.
The girl was last seen in South Brisbane around 9am on December 1 and has not been seen since.
Police hold concern for her welfare due to her age and she has a medical condition.
The girl is described as having a fair complexion, 158cm tall, with a slim build and brown shoulder length hair.
Anyone who knows her whereabouts or has seen her should contact police.
