Adelaide carer arrested and charged with aggravated assault of man with disabilities
South Australian police have charged a 53-year-old carer with the aggravated assault of a young man with disabilities.

Detectives arrested the woman from Adelaide’s east on Tuesday.
Police said she was acting as a care worker when she allegedly assaulted the young man at Athelstone, in the north-eastern suburbs, on Monday.
The man was not seriously injured in the incident.
Police said the woman was suspended from her role as a carer while an investigation was underway.
