Ally Lotti, the girlfriend of Juice WRLD, has opened up about her grief along with a number of pregnancy losses one year on from the rapper’s death.
In a since-deleted Twitter post from Friday, Lotti appeared to have tweeted that her miscarriages were “one of the many secrets” she has dealt with on her own, alongside a series of maternity photos of the couple cradling her baby bump.
