Accused domestic abuser granted bail after alleged victim moves interstate ‘in fear of her safety’, court hears
An Adelaide man charged with a raft of serious domestic violence offences has been granted bail after the alleged victim moved interstate in “fear for their safety”.

The man was charged with nine counts of aggravated assault, choking and strangulation, threatening to kill his former partner and his two-year-old daughter.
A magistrate initially granted the man bail following his arrest in May this year but it was revoked days later by the Supreme Court when prosecutors asked for a review of the decision.
