Student and teachers taken to hospital after lightning strike hit Queensland school

Fifteen people, including students and teachers, have been taken hospital following a lightning strike at a school in central Queensland.
The group has been transported to Gladstone Hospital after the strike hit Clinton State School on Tuesday afternoon.
Queensland Ambulance took to Twitter to say they were assessing people for “mild tingling symptoms after lightning struck nearby at a location off Harvey Road at 1.33pm”.
