The Jericho Cup has once again lived up to its historic significance with the locals proving too good at Warrnambool with a brilliant performance from Count Zero to outstay his more fancied rivals and take out Australia’s longest flat race.
In its third year, the unique staying feature over 4600m once again honoured the deeds of the Australian Light Horseman and their exceptional mounts ‘The Whalers’ during the First World War.
