Labor must learn to appeal to the core of Qld

Mr Chisholm makes the point that these policies need to both assure workers that a Labor government in Canberra would protect existing jobs while pursuing emerging industries and a low carbon future.“That means thinking about new industries in the long run,” Mr Chisholm wrote in his contribution towards a new book by Labor Right faction figures. “But it does not mean thinking about them at the expense of or exclusion of coal in the shorter term.”
