Coronavirus scare at Kwinana Grain Terminal in Perth as crew member on ship shows symptoms

A crew member on board a ship berthed at Kwinana port in Perth’s south has reported some coronavirus-like symptoms.
The bulk carrier BM Matsuyama is currently berthed at the Kwinana Grain Terminal and is due to leave on Tuesday night.
The Department of Health plans to transport the crew member from the BM Matsuyama to Fiona Stanley Hospital to undergo a medical assessment.
The department said it was not currently a confirmed case of COVID-19.
