Commercial Auction Results – Week ending 25 November 2016

Over the week ending 25th November, preliminary results show that 70.0 per cent of the 40 reported commercial auctions were successful. On a week on week basis, the number of auctions reported is lower, with 63 auctions held over the previous week with 53.9 per cent successful. This is also significantly lower than the corresponding week last year, with a total of 120 auctions reported and a 64.1 per cent clearance rate.
