Commercial Auction Results – Week ending 9 December 2016

Over the week ending 9th December, preliminary results show that 55.5 per cent of the 36 reported commercial auctions were successful. On a week-on-week basis, auction activity is lower, with 67 auctions held over the previous week with 59.7 per cent reporting as successful. This is also significantly lower than the corresponding week last year, with a total of 134 auctions reported and a 71.6 per cent clearance rate.
