When the folks behind those oh-so-‘grammable, candy-inspired pop-up museums had to shelve their 2020 event due to the COVID-19 pandemic, they channelled their love of sugar and whimsical spaces into another sweet project, creating the world’s first lolly-themed Airbnb.
Taking over the stunning Daylesford cottage of Sugar Republic’s director, Allison Jones, the creative team behind the sell-out pop-ups brought “Sweet Retreat” to life.
