The latest research from Sydney Units Cityscope shows that apartment sales in Sydney’s CBD have decreased both in number and total sales value in the last quarter. For the three months to January 2017, there were 113 sales at a total value of $128.8 million, compared to 180 sales at a total value of $213 million for the previous quarter.
