Plans being put together to distribute new covid vaccine to region – Liverpool Echo
Two hospitals in our area will start administering Pfizer vaccine next week, with GP surgeries to follow

The news we have all been waited for arrived this week – an effective covid-19 vaccine had been approved for use in the UK.
It was a momentous announcement for a country that has suffered terribly during this crisis and provided a feeling that there is light at the end of the tunnel.
But the approval of the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine by the UK regulator – the MHRA – is just the start of the hugely complicated process of getting this vaccine to people across the country.
