The latest research from Parramatta Cityscope shows sales have declined in the quarter to March 2017. In the latest quarter there were 19 sales at a total value of $66.1m, compared to 32 sales at a total value of $150.27m for the previous quarter, and 17 sales at a total value of $139.3m for the quarter to September 2016.
