How does the vaccine work, and how is it administered?
The Pfizer vaccine is an entirely new kind of jab. While the Oxford vaccine uses an inactive cold virus to produce the coronavirus spike protein the little stick on the outside of the virus which allows it to attach to human cells the Pfizer vaccine carries messenger RNA which instructs the bodys own cells to build the coronavirus spike protein.
