Property prices in popular beach locations are soaring as more buyers seek to live full-time by the seaside.

People cant travel overseas and they are not sure when they will be able to, Jensen says. Buyers tell me theyd normally jump into a plane for an overseas holiday, now they jump into a car to their holiday home.
