A 19-year-old woman finished work late on a Saturday night to go dancing. A festively dressed NRL player drank with his friends with the knowledge he had no training the following day.
About midnight, December 9, 2018, both parties converged at Mr Crown, a stop on the Santa Pub Crawl – an annual booze-fest in which university students lurched from one Wollongong bar to the next.
