Publishing details of Gladys Berejiklian’s relationship with Daryl Maguire was human error, ICAC says
An investigation by the ICAC Inspector has found a clear failing by the NSW corruption watchdog when it accidently published unredacted transcripts containing details of Gladys Berejiklian’s relationship with disgraced former MP Daryl Maguire.

The Independent Commission Against Corruption held four weeks of public hearings in September and October as part of its investigation into Mr Maguire’s business dealings.
