Samsung remains the most popular brand of smartphone with Chinas Xiaomi knocking Apple out of the top three, according to Gartner.
Samsung released the Galaxy S20, the Galaxy S20+ and Galaxy S20 Ultra in February, and followed up with the Galaxy Note20 and flagship smartphone Galaxy Note20 Ultra in August. It has subsequently released the Galaxy Z Fold2 and a cut-price flagship smartphone, the Galaxy S20 Fan Edition.
