Queensland’s Defence Force has embarked on a mission to deliver Christmas presents to children living in remote Indigenous communities.
Bundles of gifts all donated by locals have now been loaded onto the
C-27J Spartan and are ready for take-off.“Our hope is that it brings a bit of Christmas cheer at this time, it’s been a hard year for everyone and if we can help and show defence is there and we care, that’s definitely a bonus for us.” – RAAF, Lieutenant Adam D’Arcy.
