Three-time The Everest-winning jockey Kerrin McEvoy will forgo his partnership with Classique Legend in the Group 1 Hong Kong International Sprint (1200m) at Sha Tin on December 13 due to uncertainty surrounding travel arrangements.
McEvoy has been unable to confirm a flight back to Sydney following the race and is also required to self-isolate upon his return, leaving the rider to make the tough call to remain in Australia rather than continue his partnership with The Everest winner.
