Alan Jones: ScoMo owes us apology, not just China
Headlines everywhere and universal and understandable anger that a prominent Chinese official should share a fake image of an Australian digger threatening to slit the throat of an Afghan child.
The image was shared by Beijing’s Foreign Industry Spokesman, Zhao Lijian on Twitter.
The Australian Government has appealed to Twitter to directly remove the “false” image.Twitter, to date, has not responded.Nonetheless, in a tweet accompanying the image, Mr Zhao said:…
