De Belin wants to meet with Australian Rugby League Commission boss Peter Vlandys before Christmas to discuss his NRL stand-down.
His manager Steve Gillis told The Daily Telegraph they want Vlandys to review the controversial stand-down policy which has been imposed on the Dragons star since the start of last year.
