It was raining lightly at the river mouth this morning so I opted for the shelter of the Coast Guard tower. A mix of smoke, rain and low lying cloud made for a very dull grey backdrop but it was otherwise quite pleasant with a light 3 to 5 knot southerly breeze blowing. Little or no swell on the bar.
