QR codes are being rolled out in venues across South Australia — here’s what you need to know

From today, QR codes will be displayed at a range of businesses and other public locations in South Australia.
People who visit them need to check in to the location as a way of making it easier for SA Health to find where people have been in the event of a coronavirus outbreak.
Businesses and other places that have a COVID-Safe Plan have been emailed the codes to display at their entrances.
What is a QR code and how does it work?
A QR code is a machine-readable barcode matrix that looks like the image below.
